Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 days of the purchase date or product receipt date – whichever is later. If your order has already been shipped, please see the return instructions below.

When requesting a cancellation, please include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Contact details
• Government-issued ID (if required for identity confirmation)
If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you are required to return the product in accordance with the return instructions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
• The product must be unused.
• In its original condition.
• In original packaging, including all rubber bands, seals, labels, and accessories.
⚠ Rubber bands/seals cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, due to hygiene and product integrity standards.
Refunds & Processing:
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 7–10 business days after inspection.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or $30 (whichever is lower) may apply
Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.
No cancellation fee will be applied if the return is due to:
• Damaged or defective product.
• Item not delivered.
• Incorrect item received.
• Other breach of terms by the company.
Exchanges:
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is:
• Unused and undamaged.
• In original packaging and with all tags attached.
To request an exchange, contact customer service with:
• Full name
• Order number
• Contact details
• Clear photos of the product(s)
Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock.
Promotional Purchases & Gifts:
Items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotion (e.g. buy-one-get-one-free, gift with purchase) must be returned under the same conditions:
Refunds will be given based on the purchased price.
Gifts must be returned in full and in good condition.
Failure to return promotional items may reduce the refund amount.
Shipping & Courier Arrangements:
Returns or exchanges will be handled via courier, at no cost to the customer (first return only).
Once your request is approved, our courier will contact you to schedule the pickup.
For exchanges: The old item must be handed to the courier, who will deliver the replacement (if available) at the same time
The company may update return/exchange shipping policies and fees at its discretion.
Color Disclaimer & Matching Assistance:
Please note that due to lighting and screen differences, colors shown on the website may vary slightly from the actual product.
These minor discrepancies are not considered a product defect and are not eligible for return.
For accurate color matching, we encourage you to use our Match My Color service – our expert team will help you select the most suitable shade before purchase.
