1.Shipping & Customs Policy
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is completely free. All delivery charges, including any courier-related fees, are fully covered by MORETOHAIR®.

2.Customs & Clearance Fees:
All customs clearance costs and related import duties are paid by MORETOHAIR®.
However, the buyer is responsible for coordinating the release of the package from local customs if needed (e.g., submitting documents or authorizations).

3.Tracking & Shipment Updates:
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package in real time.

4.Shipping Carriers & Areas:
We ship via UPS (or equivalent international courier). Delivery is available to most areas supported by UPS.
⚠️ Please note: There may be certain remote or restricted regions where delivery is not possible.

5. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from order confirmation.
